Canonical skeleton for the living log produced in Phase 3 of project-bootstrap-guidelines. Updated every working session. Captures current state: what’s done, what’s in flight, decisions made, issues hit, blockers open. This is time-ordered; for timeless project rules use CLAUDE.md (best practices + ## Gotchas).

How to use

Append a new dated entry every working session.
Keep each entry short and scannable — bullets, not essays.
When the-ultimate-workflow-guidelines produces a PLAN-<feature>.md, link it from that day’s entry.
When a milestone in ROADMAP.md closes, note it here too.
